Oil Treatment System (OTS)

Hot oil treatment system greatly reduces oil replacement and disposal costs. The OTS filtration system improves the condition of the oil with each daily treatment, consistently giving you a superior quality end product. You may never throw away hot oil again. The efficiency of a filter press is combined with adsorbent powders to produce clear, high quality, reusable cooking oil and reduce free fatty acids (FFA) and polar compounds.

Star PolyPresses utilize high-quality polypropylene plates to resist corrosive chemicals. Standard air blowdown manifolds ensure drier, easier-to-release cakes. All hydraulic components are fully enclosed to protect them from harsh environments, yet are easy to access for maintenance.
